Meet The Owners
Edgar Perez
Owner, Operations Manager
Edgar Perez is the leader and heart of Agave Pools & Spa. As a pool builder and the owner of E and J Pools Inc. for 22 years, he has learned to mold his business practices based on hard work, integrity and respect through hands-on experience. He leads by example, guiding every project with dedication and discipline.
A man of faith and service, Edgar believes in giving back to the community and building relationships founded on trust. He is always willing to lend a helping hand and share his knowledge, understanding that true leadership is about helping others.
His philosophy is simple yet powerful: “If you’re going to do something, make sure you do it right.”
Nency Perez
Owner, Office Manager
Nency Perez, co-owner and office manager of Agave Pools & Spa, is the core of the organization and the oil to the engine. She ensures that every project runs smoothly while keeping lines of communication open for every client. She is deeply committed to communication, organization and making each family feel supported and cared for from start to finish.
Driven by her faith and passion for service, she enjoys helping her communities both locally and internationally. She has completed mission work in Colombia, the Dominican Republic and Mexico by providing food, water and medical supplies.
As an active member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church and Centro San Juan Diego, she firmly believes that God always provides and multiplies blessings beyond measure, so she’s always willing to lend a helping hand.
Saul Perez
Licensed Contractor & Designer
Saul Perez is not only the brains behind the operation, but also the licensed contractor and in-house designer for Agave Pools & Spa. He represents the next generation of our family business. Having grown within the industry, he began working with E and J Pools over 7 years ago, specializing in tile. This is where he developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Driven by a vision to grow both personally and professionally, Saul has evolved into a key leader within the company. He brings each project to life through thoughtful design, creativity and innovation. His ability to understand both the technical and visual aspects of a project allows him to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful.
Outside of work, he grew up with a passion for soccer, reflecting his energy, discipline and team-oriented mindset. He also enjoys building and modifying cars with a focus on elevating everything to the next level, showing off originality, resourcefulness and a broad imagination that gives him the ability to see the bigger picture without losing the small details.
